    7. 限运目的地附加费：每票230元人民币
    使用DHL发往联合国安理会确定的贸易限运国家所征收的附加费。这些国家包括：中非共和国、刚果民主共和国、厄立特里亚、伊拉克、北朝鲜、利比亚、索马里、苏丹、叙利亚和也门。
    Restricted Destination: 230 CNY
    A surcharge applies when shipping to a destination country that is subject to trade restrictions imposed by the UN Security Council. Countries in scope: Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.
    8. 锂电池附加费：1）锂离子电池Section II (PI966) 每票40元人民币；2）锂金属电池Section II (PI969) 每票40元人民币；3）锂离子电池Section II (PI965) 每票550元人民币。
按照IATA包装指引965, 966, 967, 969到970的Section II 部分的锂离子或锂金属电池产品的操作和运输，每票可能需要加收附加费。DHL快件不接受已知或怀疑有质量瑕疵或破损的锂电池产品快件。
    Lithium Batteries: 1) Lithium Ion PI966 Per shipment 40CNY ; 2) Lithium Metal PI969 Per shipment 40CNY ; 3) Lithium Ion PI965 Per shipment 550CNY
    A surcharge may apply per shipment when the handling and transportation of shipments involves Lithium Ion or Lithium Metal batteries compliant with the appropriate IATA Packing Instructions 965, 966, 967, 969 and 970, Section II. DHL Express will not accept any shipment containing lithium batteries that are known or suspected of being defective or damaged.
