Fuel Surcharge: As per index
This variable surcharge is applied to the weight charge of each shipment and any transportation related surcharges.
It is derived from publicly available fuel oil indices that are also shown on the DHL Express website at cn.dhl.com/fuelsurcharge. The charge is calibrated every month to the oil price that was current two months prior to the billing month.
