1）《1932年华沙 牛津规则》

该规则是由国际法协会所制定的。该协会于1928年在华沙举行会议，制定了关于CIF买卖合同的统一规则，主要对CIF合同的性质、特点及买卖双方对费用、责任和风险的划分做了比较详尽的解释。

2）《美国对外贸易定义1941年修订本》

该规则是由美国的9个商业团体制定的，并于1941年7月31日经美国商会、美国进口商会和美国全国对外贸易协会所组成的联合委员会通过，称为《美国对外贸易定义1941年修订本》，分别解释了以下6种贸易术语：

《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》（INCOTERMS2000）（以下简称《2000通则》）是国际商会为了统一对各种贸易术语的解释而制定的。最早的《2000通则》产生于1936年，定名为INCOTERMS1936，后来为适应国际贸易业务发展的需要，国际商会先后进行过多次修改和补充。现行的《2000规则》是国际商会根据近十年来形势的变化和国际贸易发展的需要，在《1990通则》的基础上修订产生的，并于2000年1月1日起生效。《2000通则》中共包含了4组13种贸易术语。
